General Guidelines

Official school code of conduct, disciplinary policies, and fee management regulations for Pearls Academy.

General Discipline Rules
  • 1.Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside school premises.
  • 2.Students are responsible for their conduct inside and outside the school.
  • 3.Students must maintain discipline while using public transport.
  • 4.Tattoos, jewelry, fancy pins and Mehandi are not permitted.
  • 5.Boys must maintain short haircuts and proper grooming.
  • 6.Students must wear proper school uniform at all times.
Leave & Absence Rules
  • 1.Leave must be applied for in advance through a written application.
  • 2.Irregular attendance may result in removal from school rolls.
  • 3.Absence for more than 10 days without information may lead to striking off the name.
  • 4.Medical leave must be supported with medical prescription.
  • 5.Leave exceeding 3 days requires a proper medical certificate.
  • 6.Students must complete missed work after returning from leave.
Administrative Fee Rules
  • 1.School fees must be paid before the 15th of every month.
  • 2.Late payment of fees may attract a late fine.
  • 3.Fees once paid will not be refunded.
  • 4.Students with pending dues may not be allowed to appear for examinations.
  • 5.Fee payment receipts should be preserved for future reference.
Parental Cooperation
  • 1.Parents must ensure that students reach school on time.
  • 2.School diary must be checked and signed daily.
  • 3.Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory as per CBSE guidelines.
  • 4.Parents must attend PTM regularly.
  • 5.Any change in address or phone number must be informed to the school.
Important Guidelines for Fee Payment
  • The annual fee hike will be limited to 10% every academic year.
  • Parents are committed to paying the full academic-year fee, even in the case of mid- or end-of-year withdrawal.
  • All school fees must be paid in advance, either annually or quarterly, on the specified due dates.
  • Annual fees can be paid through cheque, online transfer, or debit/credit card. Quarterly advance payments can be made through bank mandates or PDCs (subject to school approval).
  • All school, services, or optional program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • System-generated fee reminders will be sent through the MCB app before the due date. The school will not send WhatsApp messages or phone call reminders.
  • Timely payment of fees is essential. Non-payment may result in the discontinuation of services without prior notice.
  • In case of admission withdrawal, a one-month written advance notice is required to ensure a smooth exit.
  • All optional programs and services will commence only if the minimum enrollment requirements are met.
  • The school fees mentioned above do not include School Uniform, Textbook, or Notebook fees.

Principal's Prerogative

The Principal reserves the right to remove the name of a student for serious violation of school rules.
