Nurturing a deep, meaningful, and lifelong connection between our students and the Holy Quran.
The department aims to develop students' ability to recite the Quran accurately and beautifully while cultivating love, reverence, and understanding of Allah's Book. Students receive systematic instruction in Noorani Qaida, correct pronunciation (Makharij), Tajweed rules, fluent recitation, voice modulation, and memorisation of selected Surahs. The ultimate objective is to inspire every student to develop a lifelong relationship with the Holy Quran—reciting it correctly, understanding its message, reflecting upon its guidance, implementing its teachings, and preserving its sanctity throughout their lives.
Quran Understanding Lessons
Recognising that the Quran is a complete guide for life and not merely a book to be recited, the department has introduced specialized Quran Understanding lessons for students in Grades 8, 9, and 10. These lessons help students understand the meanings, themes, and practical guidance of selected Quranic passages, encouraging reflection and application in their daily lives.
1 Kindergarten & Grade 1
The journey begins with Noorani Qaida to firmly establish makharij fluency parameters and accurate core pronunciation layout controls early.
2 Grades 3 & 4 Milestone
Completion of the structural Qaida matrices alongside dedicated memorisation of essential short Surahs required for standard daily Salah routine.
3 Advanced Growth through Grade 7
Progression to Nazira Quran where students completely finish the recitation of the entire Quran text with high fluency and proper Tajweed values.
